Phil will be bringing you the finest in up front house and techno in monthly 2 hour installments, with guest mixes from some of the finest DJs that the Manchester scene and beyond has to offer. For 2008, Phil will be taking a back seat to focus on his studies, and has drafted in The Rejekts to take care of the business end of stuff. Phil will still be providing his take on the best fresh and local produce, and also taking to one, two's and three's once a month for a wee bit of tough technotic beats for the end of the show.

Also keep an eye out for Phil’s,one off alternative shows, the ‘Soul-tonic Resource’, which focuses on the deeper, more soulful and spiritual side of house music.

A Manchester resident since birth, Phil has witnessed the Manchester dance music scene evolve since the fall of the Hacienda. From an early age, acts like New Order, Depeche Mode, The Prodigy and the Stone Roses (plus the odd flirtatious moment with hardcore and trance) had a heavy influence during his upbringing in the suburbs of the city.

Phil began to explore every avenue of electronic music and has now found a truly unique sound, which has seen him play at some of the best underground house and techno nights Manchester has to offer, most notably securing a residency at the infamous Tuesday rave - Dirty Analogue@SubSpace. All this whilst juggling a Business Studies degree at the MMU Business School.
