The Corner isn’t a half bad place to come for an exciting mix of the best alternative, usually new, but with smatterings of the old that still manages to sound interesting. Of course, The Corner isn’t literally a corner, it’s just a radio show, and so to pad out time between records, except reasonably structured discussion and features of the pop cultural variety from your nerdish hosts, John and Euan, with album and gig discussion, the odd interview, musings on films and TV, and cheap potshots at innocent celebrities and musicians, safe in the solitude of a poorly secured studio.
